Holds like a wax but washes out in the water like a gel. Revolutionary!

Layrite Original Pomade is the original pomade that started the Layrite Californian Barbour Shop story.  Layrite's most versatile gel pomade that provides excellent all-day hold for short, fine or normal hair giving medium shine.  Like all Layrite pomades, it holds like a wax but is water soluble so easily washes out in the water.

Specifically designed to avoid greasy build-up suffered by using other pomades. Partake in the phenomenon that is receiving rave reviews across the globe.

The low down:

  • Suitable for all short hair - fine or medium thickness straight or wavy long hair.
  • Medium hold and medium shine for natural looking hair.
  • Bears mild vanilla scent.
  • Grips hair so can shape into almost any style: textured crew cuts, fades, fauxhawks or classic put-together styles including slick-backs, side parts, low pomp’s, and quiffs.
  • Dries light and clean, never flakes.

Application: Apply to towel-dried hair for a lower hold and higher shine or to dry hair for a stronger hold and less shine. Place a small amount into your palms and work into hair. Style with your hands for a messy look or comb for a put-together look. Restyle by running hands or comb through water and then again through your hair.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Ceteareth-25, PEG-7, Glyceryl Cocoate, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate-20, PEG-7 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PEG-8 Methicone, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylparaben, Fragrance (Parfum), Red 4 (CI 14700), Yellow 5 (CI 19140)
