The prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at the current rate. All prices are exclusive of delivery costs (which are presently on us). Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
Method of payment
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards. If you’d prefer to make an electronic transfer to our bank account, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Security of payment
We have partnered with DPS Payment Express to provide one of the most secure payment systems available. Payment Express is one of New Zealand’s leading online payment solutions.
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by DPS which encodes sensitive information (like your credit card number) when it passes through the internet.

Purchases subject to availability
All products are sold subject to availability. We will, however, be focused on keeping sufficient stocks as we know how frustrating it is otherwise. We will email you in the unlikely event that you’ve ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock. You must have chosen a popular one. We will let you know how long it will take on backorder or if you prefer we can refund the relevant purchase amount or provide an alternative product – your choice.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the site for you to check out.
Technically you offer to purchase goods by your online order and we accept only when we dispatch the goods to you – contract signed, sealed and delivered – literally. We reserve the right to decline your order in exceptional cases.
Our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If for any reason, any of our terms and conditions is unenforceable, the others will still apply.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. We cannot offer change on the use of vouchers. Gift vouchers are not refundable and must be used to purchase product not another voucher.
Each competition offered by OneMan is open only to subscribers to our magazine. By participating you agree to have your email address added to our magazine database. You can unsubscribe from this at a later date but we doubt you’ll want to. You also agree to us publishing your name if you’re lucky enough to win. One entry per person per competition, of course. Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable. We maintain the right to supply alternative prizes of equal value if the advertised prize is not available at the relevant time. Prizes can only be delivered within New Zealand.
This website is protected by copyright and all copyright, trade marks, logos and other intellectual property rights for the content of our website are the property of One Man or its suppliers. Any use, printing or copying of materials on the site, other than in the course of browsing, selecting products and ordering from One Man, is strictly prohibited.
January deliveries: We’ve given our staff a well deserved break. As a consequence, orders made from 12 noon 2 January will be cleared and couriered out on 12 January. From 12 January onward, it’s business as normal. Happy New Year! Hope your holidays are going great.
That’s right, delivery of orders $45 and over, are free within New Zealand. Orders under $45 will be charged a $4 flat fee for courier shipping within New Zealand. All orders will be sent to the delivery address you specify on the order form.
We’ll send the majority of orders by courier with a track and trace ID. Expect to receive courier parcels the next working day following dispatch from us.
Courier packages will not require a signature upon delivery so be sure to specify a safe place to leave your parcel in the “customer notes” box , or better still, give an address you’ll be at during working hours – that way, you’ll avoid the “card to call” scenario.
We will use NZ Post for any rural deliveries and occasionally for the bulkiest of orders. Expect to receive postal parcels within 2-3 working days from dispatch and a little longer for rural areas.
However we send it, we’ll endeavour to dispatch your order quick smart – typically the next working day – so you can get straight on to improving your grooming game.
So expect to receive your OneMan parcel within 2-5 working days from your order or a fraction longer for rural areas. Despite our best endeavors these delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are focused on supplying New Zealand men at present but do email us if you’re interested in sending something further afield. We’d be happy to look into it for you.
One Man removes the risk of a bad purchasing decision.
If you have changed your mind – no problem. Provided the goods are unopened, unused and undamaged and we receive them within 14 days of your purchase date we can accept their return and organise a refund for you.
To return a product simply:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you want to return something;
- Package it up with your online invoice and post it to 29 Mainston Road, Auckland 1050 (sorry this will be at your cost unless the product is faulty);
- Provided we receive it within 14 days in its unopened, unused and undamaged condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price to be refunded. Please give us 10 days from us receiving the goods to process this.

If you’re item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. In this case we will replace or refund (your call) and we’ll pick up the postage costs too.
After the 14 days we will honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where you have purchased goods as a consumer (i.e. not for a business).
One Man is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information lawfully and strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act.
Collection of personal information
When you register an online account, make a purchase, subscribe to our magazine or enter any competition or promotion we may collect the following information about you: your name, email address, telephone number, mobile number, date of birth and delivery address.
We use your information to process your order and contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may also use it to provide you with relevant product information, to assist in the development of new products and to improve the website and your shopping experience.
Security of information
Your personal information and order information retained by us is held on a secure password protected database.

You can update your personal information within your account section on the website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-disclosure of personal information
One Man never passes on, sells or distributes your personal information to anyone else (except of course your address to the company delivering your parcel).
We will communicate with you about your order by email or telephone.
If you choose to subscribe to our magazine or register an on line account we will email you from time to time to keep you posted on new products, upcoming promotions or competitions and great grooming tips. If at any time you do not want these, you can unsubscribe (see the link at the bottom of any One Man email).
